Get ready for another Tuesday Muse at the Ice House in Bethlehem on Tuesday, August 13th. Doors will open early at 6:00, with open mic sign ups and mingling until the show starts at 7:00 on the stage. We use the upstairs stage, and will have a pop up mail art display, books, and more.
You won’t want to miss this month’s line up: Poetry features Carly Jane Volpe, Burton Stehly, and musical guest Grace Wall.
Some of you know Burton as a local performing poet, and some may know his radio voice. You never know what stories he will share or what he is going to do next.
Carly Jane Volpe is the former Poet Laureate of Bucks County in 2018 and like Burton, a published poet who is no stranger to the stage. Come meet them!
Grace Wall will mesmerize and calm you with her voice and guitar, and regulars have heard samples in the open mic portions of previous shows. This time, we will have two sets, before and after the customary midway break. In between, we will have open mic slots and all performers are welcome. Plan on about five minutes. We wrap up around 9:30.
