We are still hosting the Lehigh Valley Poetry Virtual Salon and Open Mic, on the first Monday of the month. We start with out monthly “mini workshop” at 8:00 PM EST. At 8:30, we start the updates and open mic. We do this virtually on zoom, and you can find the events on the Lehigh Valley Poetry Facebook page. We’re also on Instagram. Hosted by E. Zoom information will be listed in the event. We welcome all poets to share some poems, from wherever you are. All welcome. We started the virtual events because of the pandemic, but the plan is to keep them because we have learned that it meets the needs of many people who might not otherwise be able to attend poetry events due to situations. Virtual events can be an important way for many people to connect. Some do not want to lose these new communities. So, virtual we will stay as long as possible. We will be starting some in-person events again starting in September, locally, in the Lehigh Valley. Plans include a “Tuesday Muse” reunion show, Wicked Brew, and a few other readings.

Tuesday Muse will likely be on Tuesday September 7 at the Ice House in Bethlehem, PA. Stay tuned.
